If you are in a hurry and in a need for a refreshing and tasteful cold appetizer this is probably one of the best choices for hot summer days. Simple to make and very rich in Mediterranean taste I'm sure everyone would love it.

All you need to get the amount as shown on the picture is:
a large sliced tomato
250g of mozzarella, sliced
olive oil
oregano
salt


Place your tomato slices on the plate cover it with slices of mozzarella, sprinkle it with olive oil, salt and oregano. It couldn't be more simple than that.
